ABOUT THE BRAND
Manchester Care & Repair is a registered charity dedicated to helping older, disabled, and vulnerable individuals in Manchester stay safe, warm, and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. They provide a range of practical services designed to support people in later life or following illness, while also easing pressure on the NHS and social care systems.
THE CHALLENGE
To create an engaging impact report to be shared with stakeholders. The purpose of the report was to showcase the impact that Manchester Care & Repair has on its clients both in a data driven perspective, but also from a more qualitative standpoint reflecting how it makes peoples lives better and their stories.
THE APPROACH
Sticking to their current branding, I suggested expanding on this and put forward an expanded colour scheme and new fonts for the report that they could carry forward post-project. I created icon styles to be used throughout the report to add visual interest as well as the development of character illustrations for case studies as real images of people weren’t wanted for privacy reasons.
THE SOLUTION
The end result was a 12 page A4 impact report for digital and print. The printed copies were 250gsm silk cover with 170gsm silk inner for a premium feel.
